Many members of our STEM Ecosystem (educators, OST providers, and even funders) have been trained in the Harvard PEAR Dimension of Success Protocol for STEM programming. This intense training has provided our ecosystem with common vocabulary and success indicators. This team will be visiting our classrooms and Ecosystem Partners to evaluate and provide feedback based on the DOS protocol so that we can iterate and improve our Grade Level STEAM Experiences.
Common Instrument Suite
We are also utilizing Harvard PEAR's Common Instrument Suite for student engagement and interest in science. The instrument is given at the end of the STEAM experience and is compared with students who did not receive STEAM experiences.
